Dr. Synder does listen to me and I appreciate that, but I don't think he was as concerned about my growing hemangiomas from 5 cm to 7 cm as I have a bulging stomach and feel like I'm 6 momths pregnant.

Maybe after some test results, he will have a more strategic plan of action why they are growing. I wish the follow up was sooner than 3 months out, as his schedule appears to be full. My concerns are more urgent to me, as I do research, and I'm really involved in my own health status. The facility is really clean and the staff is really professional

He walked into a situation with little information and compassionately took the time to get my care back on course. doctors don't have enough time to do their job properly these days, so I respect that he took the time and was not rude or dismissive. Went in for a consultation for an endoscopy. The front desk people were nice. And they called me in right away. Johana was very helpful she helped me finish filling out my paperwork. Dr. Sharma explained how the procedure was going to be and how long it will take. Overall all the nurses and receptionist were nice.

I was referred to Dr. Patrick Troung back in 2022 and had an impressive and thorough interaction. Dr. Truong listened to my concerns and validated my wants. As a result, I had an upper GI completed that went very smoothly. Given the findings, I have returned for follow up as my former gastroenterologist did not impress. Again, Dr. Truong listened and provided solutions to my requests. I emphasize Dr. Truongs thoroughness as many doctors are quick to brush patients off and disregard concerns simply because of "age," I am 34, or lack of symptoms. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Dr. Troung if simply wanting to learn more about your concerns or for procedural purposes.

Dr Wu was very kind and helpful. All of the office staff were friendly. The medical assistant was a young man and I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he was very nice and quick as well. They were helpful with processing lab slips as well.

Tina is the best! She will do all she can to accommodate requests as appropriate. Very pleasant, cordial, respectful, and very personable. She arranges for samples and work with insurances to get lowered Rx med cost. You will love going there with Dr Truong because of this lady. Dr Truong explains in details the results, plan of care, and makes me feel really cared for. I recommend going there, because of these 2 make a difference. The front desk team as well, I arrived 5 mins early and i was called into the room immediately without even waiting. They let me wait inside for privacy. They are all very prompt and professional.

However, since EVERY person with whom I interacted during my entire treatment was truly top tier, that list of names would be very long.
